CONSTRUCTION AT NORTHWESTERN MUTUAL'S FIVE-LEVEL PARKING DECK IN FRANKLIN, WISCONSIN NEARS COMPLETION

This 1,300-car deck features a connector bridge and pedestrian passage to the existing parking structure at every level, along with a 15 degree bend in the middle of the structure. The exterior elevations include several vertical and horizontal reveals along with an alternating pattern of finishes around the building which match the existing structures.

This project is being done in conjunction with OPUS, Spancrete Industries and Eppstein Uhen Architects.

progress at Met's new ballpark continues into baseball season

 

With the baseball season well under way, construction at CITI Field continues, keeping the project on schedule for its grand opening in the 2009 season.

 



March 2008

 

 

Production of st. francis medical center in peoria, illinois is under way.

International Concrete Products in combination with MSE has started producing the precast cladding pieces for the 7-story medical center in downtown Peoria.  This project features several reveal sizes and patterns along with three different precast finishes to match the surrounding medical center.

This project is also being done in combination with OWP/P Inc.

erection at downer avenue's five-level parking structure continues

This structure features a bank (with drive-thru) and a retail store in the first floor, curved precast ramps and multi-colored architectural finishes to accent the neighborhood. The four levels of parking will supply 118 parking stalls to visitors.

MSE is working with Workshop Architects and New Land Enterprises along with Spancrete Industries to complete this project.
